1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.monokel.app (the “Site”), operated by Lesec AB, a company registered in Sweden under company registration number 559495-0270 (“Monokel”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site and the product
These Terms cover the marketing website only. Access to and use of the Monokel product at app.monokel.app is governed by a separate agreement between Lesec AB and the customer organisation. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms grants any right to use the product, and in the event of any conflict that separate agreement prevails for product use.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security;
- scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Site beyond ordinary browsing; or
- copy, reproduce, or use Site content to build or market a competing product.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the “Monokel” name and logo — are owned by Lesec AB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.
5. Demo bookings and enquiries
When you book a demo or contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Booking a demo does not create any obligation on us to provide the product or enter into an agreement. We handle the personal data you provide as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, our demo-scheduling provider and the product login). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute relating to them or to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
